How to create an account?

To create an account, click on the “Account” or “Login” icon at the top right of our homepage. Select “Register” or “Create Account,” enter your details (name, email, and password), and follow the prompts to confirm your registration.

Currently, we operate as an online-only store to keep our processes efficient. All orders are shipped directly to your provided address.

Ordering is simple:

  • Browse our products and click “Add to Cart” on the items you want.

  • Click the shopping cart icon to review your items.

  • Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and click “Place Order.”

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including the EU, North America, and parts of Asia. You can see the full list of available countries in the dropdown menu at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Rates vary based on your location and the weight of the package. Exact costs will be calculated and displayed at the final stage of checkout.

If your package is delayed or shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact our support team immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.

Yes. You will receive an initial order confirmation email, followed by a second email containing your tracking number once the package has been shipped.

If a package is officially declared lost by the courier, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
